Our Spring Equinox Circle on Friday is fully booked but remember I have some Spring Equinox 1-1 sessions available on Friday if you are looking to set some intentions and clear the winter energy ☀️

Something shifts at the Spring Equinox and I have opened my calendar for some Spring Reset Sessions on the 20th March 🌻✨

The days stretch a little longer.
The light returns.
The earth slowly begins to wake again.

But after the heaviness of winter, it can feel unsettling to suddenly be expected to move forward again.

Sometimes what we really need first… is a pause.

A moment to pause between seasons.
To clear the old energy.
To gently ask ourselves what we want this next chapter to hold.

To honour this turning point in the year, I’m offering limited Spring Reset sessions on the 20th March.

A quiet 1:1 space for grounding, intention setting, hand massage with spring inspired oil and deeply a restorative Reiki session, designed to help you rebalance, reconnect with yourself, and step into spring feeling lighter.

Your therapy session can look exactly how you want it to look and feel.

•Don't like the smell of sage.. cool we won't use it.
•Don't like physical touch... Not a problem, hands off Reiki it is!
•Need music you enjoy to relax or feel safe.. Tell me the band and let's get it on.
•Don't experience any physical touch in normal day to day life but love it.... I'll amp up the physical nurturing and support.
•Silent appointment.. 🤐 Let the Reiki and crystals do the talking.
•The lists goes on and on!!

Anything I can do to support you to feel the most comfortable is my goal. Healing works best when you are relaxed and feel safe.

You don't need to know all the answers when you come to me, your big 3 isn't important, what your throat chakra represents etc. All I ask is that you are open to support. How that support looks is up to you!

Back to grass roots 🌱

This was an interesting moment to be present in yesterday. Being back at the table in my dining room making a gift box. The very place I started!

Someone reached out to me to make a special gift for their friend and as I was doing it I received a phone call from someone else to ask for another... Like what 🤯

Making personalised gift boxes brought me so much joy in the early days of my business and I truly felt that yesterday, I wasn't sure I would considering I feel out of love with retail in the shop.

I still have some shop stock and some crystals which would love to make their way to people. I wasn't sure if I should list lots for sale, do live shows or maybe gift boxes is the way to go 🤔

Breath. Body awareness. A soft sage cleanse to clear the day from your shoulders.

Then comes the Indian Head Massage.
Warm oil infused with botanicals.
Slow, intentional touch across scalp, neck and shoulders. Followed by a Lymphatic facial massage.
The kind of nurturing that makes your body realise it doesn’t have to hold everything so tightly.

By the time we move into Reiki, you’re not thinking anymore.

Five years in business today ✨
Haven't we been through a lot together since 2021🤣

This year feels different. Not bigger. Not louder. But more aligned 🙌🏻

Over the past year, I’ve looked at my business, my offerings, my energy, and asked...what truly matters?

The shop may have brought you here, and I’ve loved connecting with so many of you that way. But my heart has always been in the therapies, circles and classes. Seeing the shifts, growth, and transformation in people’s lives has always outweighed the busiest shop days.

Year five is about focus, depth, and following that calling.

To celebrate, the first 5 people to book a therapy session this month will receive 15 extra minutes to use however you choose. Sound healing, Reiki, or spiritual guidance ✨

Responsible for everything.
Unable to fully relax.
Quietly anxious about money, the future, or whether they’re doing enough.

That’s root chakra stuff.

On Saturday 28th March, I’m opening the cabin for a small in person Root Chakra circle.
Seven women.
One morning.
Space to slow down and actually feel supported.

This is the beginning of a 7 month journey through the chakra system. You can come just for Root, or commit to the full chakra journey.
