For a life that feels peaceful, powerful & truly yours. It sparked a deep desire to help others take control of their lives and find true fulfilment. I believe that to achieve the quality of life we desire, we have to take action. That means becoming aware of who we are, what we want, and what we're capable of achieving. I've always been passionate about coaching youngsters, encouraging them to believe they can achieve anything. Seeing them succeed inspired me even more. But for years, I struggled with self-imposed limiting beliefs and lived a life that wasn't truly mine. Frustration and anger took over, and I felt out of sync with myself. In 2019, I decided to take action. I enrolled in a wellbeing coaching course to help myself and others facing similar challenges. With the help of a coach, I broke through those limiting beliefs using techniques like clean questioning, hypnosis, and TARC EFT. My journey took a physical turn in 2022 when I conquered the Pennine Way solo in just 17 days. It was the beginning of embracing challenges, both outdoors and in everyday life. Now, I'm more resilient, resourceful, and living life on my terms with more joy and satisfaction. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve the joy and satisfaction allowing them to achieve the quality of life they desire, offering support every step of the way. Taking the first step can be scary, but I'm here to guide you. When you take action, you'll realise the life you've always wanted is within reach. I spent 22 years in the NHS giving everything to everyone.

Patients. Colleagues. My family. My team.

I was brilliant at it.

And it nearly destroyed me.

By 2008, burnout had triggered an autoimmune condition. My marriage had ended. And I was standing in the wreckage of a life I'd built entirely around other people, with no idea who I was without it.

Here's what nobody tells you about burnout:

It doesn't happen because you're weak.
It happens because you're strong for too long, for too many people, without ever stopping to ask what you need.

I was the last person on my own list.

Sounds familiar?

Sometimes the most exhausting part of the week is not what you did.

It is what you agreed to that you never really wanted in the first place.

So many people-pleasers are not saying yes because they want to.

They are saying yes because no feels uncomfortable, guilty, or selfish.

What is one thing you said yes to recently that you really did not want to do?

I'm travelling 500 miles from Aberdeenshire to Yorkshire next month and wow I am looking forward to it....

I've loved Yorkshire for years. The Dales, the wildness, the big open space, the warmth of the people. It just feels like somewhere you can breathe properly.

I've run this retreat before in the Peak District, and it was brilliant. This time I'm bringing it to Yorkshire, to make it more accessible for people across the north of England.

Any excuse to spend more time in the Dales, honestly.

Three days. Coaching, caving, walking in nature and time in a spa.

We start with coaching: getting clear and honest about what's actually going on.

Then we go underground. Into an actual cave. Helmets, headtorches, expert guides. The full thing.

Then we walk it out in that incredible landscape, because your nervous system needs space to process, not just your head.

The retreat is fully booked 🎉 and I am absolutely buzzing about it.

But before I disappear into a hypnotherapy retreat of my own after the 24th, I have a small number of in-person 1:1 sessions available while I'm in the area.

Self-empowerment is not about becoming louder. It is about becoming clearer, steadier, and more certain in yourself.

If you are a people-pleaser, a new manager, a caregiver, or a remote worker who is tired of second-guessing every message, every decision, and every boundary, this is for you.

You need stronger self-trust.

Real self-empowerment starts when you stop shrinking your needs to keep the peace.

I am Jo Brown and I am over 50 years of age, I love life, the outdoors, I like walking, hiking, paddling (Canoe, Kayak and Stand up paddle boarding), getting away in my van, working on my personal development to allow me to change my life, listening to music, catching up with friends.

I can help people of all ages the opportunity to improve their life, in which ever way they like. I especially enjoy working with children with physical activity and increasing their confidence and helping them with their mindset. I also help women over the age of 35 who want to develop the courage to set goals, achieve dreams and change their life if they so wish.

I can show you how to remove toxins from your life, this includes skincare, nutrition, personal care and house hold products or help with health issues and reduce symptoms with magnetic accessories.

I also offer you the opportunity to save money on your utility services and to build a residual income which allows you to do the things you love, instead of trading your time for money.
