And et voila! We had a lot of fun this afternoon making our Christmas cake. A big thank you to Miriam, one of our talented Chefs. Some of us also had to taste test the brandy before it went in. Just in case it wasn’t off, of course 😉

A very busy morning making more entries for our Christmas card competition.

We were full to the brim in our afternoon activity. Hosted by Andrew from the Astronomy Society, we had a very interesting talk and presentation about our solar system and its planets. Everyone enjoyed themselves, with a huge round of applause for the guest speaker. We can’t wait to hear more about the stars next time. Thank you Andrew.

On a cold frosty morning, where better to go than the very warm Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo? It’s one of favourite cold weather stops and as you will see the beautiful butterflies are super friendly! 🦋🦋
