WILD Wellbeing Where your body’s wisdom leads the way
to healing, wholeness and joy🌿 Hello and welcome – I’m Robyn, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a complementary wellbeing practitioner, intuitive guide, speaker and author – passionate about supporting people to rediscover their inner wisdom, especially when they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward with their health, their energy, or their life. I created W·I·L·D® Wellbeing as a space to explore healing in a deeper, more empowering way – one that embraces the Wonder, Intuition, Loving ourselves, and Dancing with Life that are at the heart of true wellbeing. My approach is holistic, trauma-aware and heart-centred. I believe dis-ease holds meaningful messages, and when we listen with compassion, we can gently unravel what’s ready to be seen and shift into greater freedom, joy and vitality. I work closely with the natural world, with energy, with the body’s innate wisdom – and with people just like you, who are ready to explore what’s really possible when we stop fighting ourselves and start listening in. If you feel called to explore healing in a way that feels deeply human, intuitive, and full of possibility, I’d love to connect. This page is a space to share insights, inspiration and offerings – and to remind you that you’re not alone on this path 💚

😶 “I’m fine.” 😶

That’s what you say - but if feels so 'off'.
Because inside, what you’re actually thinking is:
- “My back hurts again.”
- “My joints ache, and my muscles are constantly sore.”
- "How long until I can take some more painkillers?!"
- “I just want to go back to bed!”

You keep putting on a brave face. Showing up.
Doing what’s expected of you.
But underneath, your body is shouting at you, and you can’t keep ignoring it forever.

It’s not that you’re broken — it’s that you’ve been holding on to too much for too long, pushing through the discomfort and not feeling you have the space and time to focus on your own needs.

But your aches and pains are signals, asking you to notice, understand, and care for yourself.

✨ What if “fine” could become comfortable, free, and balanced?
✨ What if you could finally release tension, restore ease, and reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom?

That’s the journey I guide you through with W·I·L·D® Wellbeing — helping you move from “I’m fine” to feeling whole again.

💌 If something inside you is whispering “Yes — this is what I need!” then send me a DM to find out more or simply to start a conversation.

It's time. You don’t have to keep wearing the 'I'm fine' mask - now is your opportunity to uncover your best self! 🌿

✨ What if you’re not broken – and you don’t need fixing? ✨

I recently had the joy of being guest speaker for Networking for Good, where I shared a talk close to my heart — exploring what happens when we stop seeing our symptoms as enemies to fight, and instead start listening to them as wise messengers from the body.

So often, what we label as “problems” are really the body’s way of saying:

“Please listen. I need your attention, love and support.”

In this session, I spoke about how understanding these messages can help us:
🌿 catch the early signs of stress before burnout hits
🌿 strengthen clarity in our decision-making
🌿 build a kinder, calmer relationship with ourselves — and our work

For anyone who’s been feeling stretched, tired, or running on empty… this talk offers a new way to see your body not as an obstacle, but as your greatest ally 💚

🎙️ New Podcast Episode: Profound Loss, Life Stories & the Power of Presence 🎙️

Have you ever noticed how listening — really listening — can change everything?

In a recent Vulnerability, Introspection & Growth episode, I chat with Oli Cohen, a London-based cinematographer and photographer whose work has taken him all over the world — from documentaries and films to projects with the UNHCR and Save the Children.

After experiencing a profound personal loss, Oli was moved to create Life Stories — a beautiful project that turns people’s lives into documentary films, capturing their memories, essence and legacy for future generations.

We talk about grief, meaning, and the quiet magic that happens when we slow down, listen with presence, and honour someone’s story.

This one’s tender, reflective and deeply human — a reminder that how we witness each other matters. 💛

✨ “Follow your gut,” they say… ✨

But what if your gut is holding old trauma?

We often hear that our intuition lives in the gut — and yes, it’s true our belly and our vagus nerve are deeply connected to how safe we feel.

But here’s the thing: if those areas are tight, braced, or carrying old emotional memories, what we first feel there might not be intuitive wisdom… it might be fear.

Sometimes what we think is our “gut feeling” is actually the body whispering,

“I’m still scared,”
“That hurt me once,”
“Please go gently.”

This doesn’t mean we can’t trust ourselves — it just means we need to listen with curiosity, not assumption.

Before acting on that gut reaction, pause. Breathe. Ask:
✨ Is this my intuition… or my protection?
✨ Is my body asking for more safety before it's ready to tune in to its inner knowing?

As we soothe and release what’s stored in the vagus and the belly, our gut can once again become the wise, steady guide it’s meant to be — no longer ruled by old pain, but rooted in calm presence.

🌿 It’s not about not following your gut — it’s about helping it feel safe enough to speak clearly.

If this is resonating for you, here's a quick exercise you can do to support your vagus nerve: https://youtu.be/V6hpAbuxvCE

So much of life can feel pressured — time pressures, expectations, responsibilities… it’s no wonder we end up feeling tense, stretched, and a little disconnected from ourselves.

That’s why I think being gentle with ourselves is so important.
To pause.
To soften.
To breathe.

Because if we’re not careful, self-care can start to feel like another item on the to-do list — something we should do, but don’t have time or energy for. And then we feel we’re somehow failing at it… which is the very opposite of what we need.

Softening isn’t weakness — it’s an act of strength. It’s choosing compassion over criticism. It’s giving ourselves permission to rest, to reset, and to reconnect.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do for our wellbeing is simply to stop pushing, and allow ourselves to be. 🌿

✨ Wellbeing Imbalances Lovingly Dissolved — it always starts with gentleness.

🌿 Have you ever caught yourself thinking… “I’m so tired of feeling held back by fear. I just want to feel more ease, more flow in my life.”

That’s exactly what I’ll be exploring on Day 1 of this year’s Superhuman Summit ✨ (11/11– such a beautiful date for new beginnings!).

🌿 Being Rooted 🌿

I recently came across this beautiful quote:

"To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognised need of the human soul." – Simone Weil

When I read these words, something in me softens.

Because haven’t we all, at times, felt unrooted? Drifting. Pulled in too many directions. Living more from our head than our heart.

I often hear people say things like:
💬 “I feel disconnected… like I don’t quite belong, even in my own skin.”
💬 “I’m constantly doing, but never really getting to where I want to be.”

And I recognise that, because I’ve been there too.

To be rooted isn’t about staying stuck. It’s about feeling grounded enough to grow. It’s the steady presence of Nature under our feet, the breath that anchors us, the deep knowing that we are held and connected.

When we are rooted, we feel calmer. Safer. More able to bend without breaking. More able to hear our own wisdom.

If you’ve been feeling adrift, maybe this is your invitation to come back to your roots — to the simple practices, the little rituals, the gentle reminders that bring you home to yourself.

🌱 What helps you feel rooted?

💫 New Episode of the VIG Podcast 💫

I had the absolute privilege of chatting with Diana Robinson for a deeply moving conversation about loss, resilience and healing.

Diana lost her mum at a young age, and in the same year her dad was seriously injured. She shared how her body responded to help her survive, and how those early experiences eventually led her to find comfort and healing in connection with horses and nature.

We talk about the gentle, non-judgemental acceptance of horses, the way their calming energy supported Diana’s journey, and what it means to listen to the quiet wisdom of our bodies 🌿🐎

It’s a tender, inspiring conversation — one that reminds us of the power of presence, connection and trust.
