This week is Children's Mental Health Week.
Here are a few tips to consider if you notice that your child isn't quite themselves.

* Tell them it's ok to feel whatever emotion they are feeling
* Allow them to play and express the emotion
* Keep everything simple
* Use breathing exercises, positive touch, movement and other tools to help regulate and calm the nervous system
* Ask for help and look after yourself too.

I have been a qualified complementary therapist for almost 20 years and offer several therapies alongside reflexology. I specialise in therapies for additional needs and children but provide treatments for everyone at Ty Morfa; Elements Salon, St. Brides Major and may also be able to visit you at home if you are local to Bridgend and unable to travel.

30mins = £30; 45mins = £40; 60mins = £50; 90mins = £70
