Our colleague, Leanne Stephen, Manager at Weston View, has shared a deeply personal reflection on the importance of end-of-life care. For Leanne, it’s not just about managing death but about honouring life - offering dignity and compassion for the individual and their loves ones.

❤️❤️A special moment for Ian ❤️❤️

What a special afternoon for one of our residents, Ian Roger, and his son Colin.

Ian remains managing director of Ian S Roger who run a mixed fleet of 32 trucks and 65 transport vehicles, moving bulk and general cargo across the uk.

Ian started the business in the early 70s doing livestock haulage and today he got to see the latest addition to their fleet. The truck is a Volvo fh540 aero supplied by Kevin Fraser Volvo truck and bus Scotland. Graphics by Driver Signs, Huntly and coachwork by Gordon Nicol, Netherley. The truck is going in to the company’s general haulage fleet.

Ian was delighted and thoroughly enjoyed the experience this afternoon. Colin, you made your dad’s day, thank you 🚛 ❤️
