Before this final design we have tried various pillows such as memory foam, feather downs eventually firm polyurethane foam and this particular angulation was designed and successfully tried. On lying position the pillow provides an angle of 20`-30 ` while the head is overhanging the pillow. Due to its specific shape and firmness it is able to provide the ideal position of head and neck for self treatments. It can be used in a bed or on the floor, provided if it is safe. This pillow has been tried successfully on various patients of different heights and weights. This appeared to have to have worked on all age groups and maximum weight we have tried is 140kg, although we feel it can be used for even higher weight individuals.

Recent success story from Dizzyclear 43 years old midwife from North wales suffered from sever vertigo for 2 months, and one night ambulance was called as symptoms got even worse. She was assessed and investigated by the stroke team. MRI and CT scans were normal. She was referred to us and with in 5 days of Dizzyclear exercises she was able to go back to work after over 2 months of being sick leave.

E-book is avaialble in USA and UK , paper book will be coming in the next 2-3 weeks inshallah, from amazon. Pillow will be available only in UK from 7th janaury 2012. Today saw a patient was having treatment for osteoporsis(weak bones) to increase calcium levels in the body, developed vertigo(BPPV) , as the crystals in inner are made of calcium carbonate. Easily treatable at home.
