Penblwydd Hapus / Happy Birthday

To our Co-Founder , turning 26 today.

A huge thank you to Gethin for helping make a reality. His hard work, determination, and ambition have played a massive part in the growth and success of the venture so far.

From studying Business at Swansea University to spending an exchange year in Denmark, immersing himself in Scandinavian culture — this journey sparked the inspiration to bring the sauna experience to Aberystwyth Promenade. And what a journey it’s been.

Here’s to an exciting year ahead… plenty more to come.

Where Our Logs Come From

The heat in our sauna is fuelled by logs supplied by . We’ve worked with Owen from the start, whose support as a local supplier has been a key part of keeping the sauna and business running smoothly.

Quality firewood makes a real difference to how the sauna performs — from steady heat to a clean, efficient burn. It’s important to us that the fuel behind the fire is treated with the same care as the space itself.

Proud to support local businesses and work with people who value quality and sustainability.
