Back from my annual ski trip and, as lovely as it was, I’m definitely feeling it now! ⛷️❄️
Ski season may be coming to an end, but this is often when all those aches and niggles start to appear – sore knees, stiff backs, tight hips and aching shoulders.
A few simple things can really help after skiing:
• Gentle stretching
• Keeping moving rather than resting completely
• Working on hip and core strength
• Looking after any areas that feel tight or stiff
If you’re still feeling sore after your ski holiday, don’t just put up with it – sometimes a few treatments and the right exercises can make a huge difference.

Definitely oil. Recommend olive oil. Not the stuff from your kitchen, its not sterile. Spray works best, twice a day , let it settle for two minutes at least
