' Following an accident at home several months ago causing whiplash like injuries, I contacted a chiropractor , namely Jennifer of Choice Chiropractic. Talking of Camels 🐫 ! Did you know camel spines are surprisingly straight? Their humps aren’t part of the spine—they’re fat and water stores! 🧍while our S-shaped spines are designed for movement upright posture, balance, and shock absorption.

Cycling at Goodwood Race Track? 🚴‍♀️🏁

Had a great ride around the iconic track on Sunday — no potholes, no traffic, just smooth tarmac and stunning views!

For all you budding cyclists out there, it’s a brilliant spot for time trials or a leisurely ride in a unique setting. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy something a bit different!
