We had a fantastic time celebrating with our residents at Windmill, from crafting lanterns and pumpkin window decorations to making hanging ornaments. 🖌️✨

Males in Care: The Circle of Support 💜

"Those early experiences of supporting my family inspired me to choose a career in care, as I saw firsthand the difference compassion and support can make.” - Jamie, Care Assistant

At All Care, we’re proud to highlight the men who bring compassion, resilience, and dedication to the care sector every day.

This week, we’re sharing the Jamie's story whose journey into care began at home, balancing school, a job in a garage, and caring for his great nan from a young age.

It’s these early experiences, grounded in love and responsibility, that inspired a meaningful career in care and we’re so proud to have him on our team.
