Meet Abi, Our Supervisor & First Aid Trainer & champion!
Abi might have “only” 3 years experience in care, but don’t let that fool you. In that time she’s worked her way up through pure graft, commitment, and the kind of calm head you want to lead a team.

Now a Supervisor and our in-house First Aid Trainer, Abi is working towards her Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care while supporting staff and service users every single day.

She leads by example, steps in when needed, and never asks her team to do something she wouldn’t do herself.

Proof that dedication, heart, and hard work matter more than the number of years on paper.

We’re very proud to have Abi leading our team.

We’re delighted to introduce Lydia, a valued member of the Care with Dignity team.

Lydia brings kindness, patience and a calm presence to every visit. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable, listened to and truly cared for. Her gentle approach and warm personality helps her build lovely relationships with the people she supports and their families.

Whether it’s helping with daily routines or simply being a reassuring face, Lydia takes pride in delivering care that is respectful, dignified and centred around the individual. This is proven by the fact that she received the carer of the year nomination from our Service users in both 2024 and 2025 👏🏻

We’re very lucky to have her as part of our team, and we know the people we support feel the same.

At Care with Dignity, we don’t rely on e-learning, generic tick-box training bought off the internet and forgotten by lunchtime.

Every member of our team completes our own in-house training programme which is regularly refreshed and built around the real standards, real expectations, and real situations they face every single day in care.

This means:

• Consistent standards across our entire team
• Training designed specifically for the way we deliver care
• Staff who are confident, competent, and accountable
• Ongoing learning that fits around busy care schedules
• No shortcuts. No guesswork. No outdated modules.

Because great care doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when people are properly trained by the people who actually understand the role.

We’re proud to introduce Paige, a valued member of the Care with Dignity family.

Paige brings warmth, patience, and genuine kindness into every home she visits. She has a natural way of helping people feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for. Whether it’s supporting with daily routines, sharing a chat over a cup of tea, or simply being a reassuring presence, Paige always goes the extra mile.

Her calm nature and caring attitude make a real difference to the people we support and their families. Paige understands that care is not just about tasks, but about dignity, companionship, and making someone’s day a little brighter.

We’re very lucky to have her on our team. Paige gives up her Christmas Day whether she’s working or not to deliver Christmas dinners to Service users on their own for the festive season and was nominated carer of the year 2025.
