I’ve recently started offering 1:1 health and wellbeing consultations at Flex Health Hub, Signal Yard.
I work with people who want to improve their health in a realistic and sustainable way - not through strict plans or quick fixes, but by understanding what’s actually driving things day to day.
This might include support with:
• Nutrition and gut health
• Sleep and energy
• Stress and workload
• Movement and exercise habits
• Emotional wellbeing and thought patterns
• Long-term health and prevention
Often, it’s not just one thing.
It’s how everything fits together.
The focus is on building something that works in real life.
