We’re proper proud to say we’re opening our second EPiC MEN group on Thursday 12th March! 👊🏼👊🏽

When we first started EPiC MEN, we just wanted a space where lads and blokes could turn up, have a brew, and not have to pretend they’re fine.

What’s happened since? Well, it’s been life-changing.

We’ve seen men walk in with heavy shoulder’s, not sure what to expect. And then come back the week after.
And the week after that!

And that’s the thing.
Men don’t just come once. They stay.

Because when you create a space that’s safe, with no judgement, no pressure, and no big speeches, just honest conversations and proper peer support, it absolutely works.

So we’re growing 😃

Our second EPiC MEN group will be at William Foster Playing Fields, where we already run Crisis Harbours on Mondays and Fridays. It’s a brilliant, welcoming building, free parking, good facilities and it already feels like home to us.

We genuinely can’t think of a better place to start the next chapter.

Men’s mental health matters.
And men deserve spaces that feel safe, local, and theirs.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along to EPiC MEN, take this as your sign.

It was another great meeting last night great engagement, talking through questions designed to make us to open up and leave lighter than when we came in, amazing brave men making a difference to to each other's mental health.

Massive thanks to Norley Hall Cricket Club for having us for a presentation and talk about Andy's Man Club tonight.

It is the start of a massive season pending and we are honoured to be selected as the Club's chosen Charity.

There will be a number of fundraisers across the season and plans for ongoing support both ways are underway to ensure both Club and Charity benefit from a great partnership

Keep your eyes on both socials for news as the new season gets ever closer.

EPiC HOPE CIC have launched a petition calling for crisis support signs to be funded and placed on motorway and railway bridges across the UK.

We are proud to launch our Young & Heart +50 Club on Friday 27th February 2026, from 12pm to 2pm.

The club offers a warm space with activities in a safe and comfortable environment, giving people the chance to relax, socialise and have fun.

Launch Day Special:
Local singer Just Paul will be there to entertain you.

After the launch, the group will meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month, from 12pm to 2pm.

There is no charge whatsoever to attend – this is a community-led club and completely free, our way of supporting our community. Live entertainment will be provided at regular meetings.

Come down, enjoy a drink, a biscuit and some cake, and join in the activities!
