These few hours matter more than people realise. We see people come in not knowing what to say, but knowing they can’t keep carrying it on their own. Something always happens when you’re not alone in it anymore 💜

One lad told us he doesn’t think he’d still be here if he hadn’t walked through those doors. Now he’s finding his way back to life again 🛟

❗️Also, something really important! We’re now based in sports venues (and there’s a reason for this), so people are coming and going all the time. ***No one knows why you’re there*** so you don’t feel any judgement, no spotlight, just safe as you walk in and get support from us.

If you’re struggling, or close to crisis, come and see us. You don’t have to do this on your own.

💜 EPiC MEN COMMUNITY WALK & TALK 💙

Join us this Sunday at 10:00am at Pennington Flash, Leigh (meeting outside the café) for our EPiC MEN Community Walk & Talk.

This is a relaxed, friendly space where we come together, get some fresh air, and have a chat. No pressure, no judgement—just good people supporting each other.

🚶‍♂️ We go for a walk and talk
☕ Then back to the café for refreshments

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Everyone is welcome – family, friends & dogs 🐕

EPiC MEN is a relaxed, welcoming space to talk about real life or just listen.
No pressure. No judgement. Just men supporting men.

Thursday - 7–9 pm (you can arrive a bit earlier if you want a quick chat and to feel settled)
