We are currently providing our antenatal classes and counselling/psychotherapy at Accrington Therapy Centre. It’s a lovely homely and calm space. The centre has many therapists working from there with lots of skills and experience. Just look at this list! Why not give the centre a follow and share .

✨ Good Morning ✨

We would like to welcome all our new followers 👋🏼

We now have 17, experienced and highly knowledgeable therapists working together at Accrington Therapy Centre.

Because of this we have a wide therapy base to support you.

We pride ourselves on offering support with a short or no waiting list. We can refer amongst ourselves to offer a unique, tailor made support network, specific to you and your needs.

When accessing therapy, not everyone knows what support they are seeking or what will be best for them. We offer an initial consultation to hear you and to give you a better understanding of what therapy can help and how. You then have the option of which path to take, you are in control at all times.

If you would like to know more about us or to book an initial consultation drop us a message

We are here to support you 💞

We’re looking for clothes of all sizes to study and upcycle in our home educating textile sessions and also our mums craft sessions. We don’t want dirty items but any clean (even if torn/bobbled) are welcome.
Drop to the shop or Doula Cafe when open. Alternatively we may be able to collect if local. Thankyou! Help us reduce waste whilst learning.

Spread the word

Spread the word

“I never knew you were here.” “You’re never open” “OMG this place is wonderful.” Help us spread the word! We’ve been providing play sessions in the Arndale Accrington since 2019, moving into the cafe in 2021. We’ve now got a fantastic small team and providing the best we have as we continuously evolve.
We often hear the above phrases so please help us the word. Our sessions are free to come in and we offer affordable foods and drinks. Also ran by a doula and psychotherapist (no I’m not analysing anyone, but can support you if you want/need), and with lots of childcare experience. Come and check us out!
