What a delightful way to spend a Saturday.
Special thanks to Staines Rotary, Nicolas Charalambous for inviting Wonderful World of Wellbeing to the Staines Expo today, these events are crucial in sharing health matters. Denise Saliagopolous delightful to meet you. Lovely to reconnect with Liz Berry Jo Halstead Nana Opare Michelle Ulisse and everyone else in the various teams.
Proud to share all the facets of Wellbeing that WWoW bring to our local communities with Staines residents and beyond. We now have increased awareness and bookings for our September festival Imber Court Sports Club WWoW Retreats, Holistic therapies, Mindset therapy, Networking for wellbeing business owners, and fabulous interest for our Workplace wellbeing programmes.

I was peasantly surprised to discover and see the plaque of Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth who opened the Elmsleigh Shopping center. This brought a lump to my throat, as I was only saying a couple of days ago, I still miss her elloquent presence and leadership. My feet ache today the same as they did from the 17 hour walk to pay respect to her laying in state.

Talking for 5 hours non stop was a breeze - my voice is raspy though, I'll def return to listening mode over social drinks this evening! 👌🏼

Personal boundaries are so important to living a healthy life.
