🎄Christmas Day, wrapped up 🎄

🎄As Christmas Day draws to a close, I’m feeling truly grateful. It’s been one of those days filled with the good things that really matter. Time with my family, great food, easy laughter, and dogs completely content and fast asleep.

🎄I wanted to share a little glimpse of our day with you. Beyond the clinic, this is our everyday life. Simple, warm and full of heart. These moments slow everything down, refill the cup, and gently remind us how powerful connection and togetherness can be.

🎄As you settle into the evening, I hope you’re holding onto something from today that made you smile and brought you comfort.

🎄My team and I will be back in clinic this Saturday 27th December, Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st. The clinic will be closed on Thursday, 1st January (New Year’s Day) and we’ll be back to normal from Friday 2nd January.

🌸Our little clinic elf has been exploring again… this time they’ve discovered my medical bag and are absolutely fascinated by the stethoscope!
A gentle reminder that even the tiniest moments in clinic hold a bit of magic.

Day 5 of December and Kinesiology with the Elves ✨

🎄Our clinic elves have been busy again… and today one of them found their way into Rowena’s kinesiology room! After chatting to a patient who walked out feeling lighter, calmer and so much clearer after their session, the elf decided they simply had to explore Rowena’s testing kit for themselves.

🌿They were completely fascinated especially by how gentle and personalised kinesiology is. Every vial, every test, every response tells a story about what your body needs to feel more balanced and supported.

🌿Kinesiology can be incredibly helpful for things like:

• Digestive and gut issues
