🍀Our very first Elf update… and they’re already causing mischief 🍀
🌸This morning we caught one of our clinic elves trying to open the front door, absolutely thrilled by the excitement of being here for the first time. And Forest, one of our gorgeous therapy dogs, was only too happy to be led astray! 🐾🐾

🌸They’ve already discovered something our patients love…
🌿you can park right outside the clinic in our free onsite car park
🌿No driving around looking for a space, no worrying about parking tickets, no long walks when your back is sore, just easy, stress free access from car to treatment room.
🌿And of course, we’re fully wheelchair accessible, so everyone can arrive comfortably.

🌸An incredible start to the week🌸

🌿From that quiet, grounded moment of our sunrise meditation, the day unfolded beautifully, in seeing some amazing patients, chatting and laughing with my wonderful team, and then a family sunshine walkies with our therapy dogs at lunchtime. They adored the fresh air, and honestly… so did I. A little vitamin D, a little movement, and a big lift for the soul.

🌸The day ended with a full evening clinic right up until 8pm, busy, wholesome, feel good and full of those moments where you can see someone walk out lighter than when they arrived. That’s the magic I love.

🌿Reposting this moment from last year because it still reaches straight into my heart… Mylo, peacefully snoring after his osteopathic treatment 💕
And today he’s right back in Sunday snoring mode, our home is warm, glowing and held together by so much love.

🌸My Sunday morning began with an incredible yoga class at .fitness the kind that resets you from the inside out. The rest of the day was spent with my family, surrounded with love, great food and the kind of laughter that lifts your whole spirit.

🌿It reminded me of something powerful:
healing doesn’t happen by accident, it happens when we create space for it.

🌸We spend so much of our lives pushing through discomfort, ignoring tension, carrying stress in our bodies, telling ourselves “I’ll deal with it later.”
But our bodies always whisper before they shout.
And when we finally stop… even just for a moment… something shifts.
We breathe deeper.
We soften.
We reconnect with ourselves.

🌿That’s the feeling I want for each of you who walks into New Haw Therapy Clinic.

🌸Osteopathy MOT time… and a brilliant Movember message

🌿This made my day, one of my lovely patients came in for his regular Osteopathy MOT sessions proudly wearing his Movember T-shirt 😄

🌸He’s growing a moustache this month to help raise money and awareness for men’s health, and we absolutely love supporting our patients in the amazing things they do.

🌿Many of our patients come in every 6–8 weeks for a spinal “MOT” to keep everything moving well and to prevent little niggles becoming bigger issues.

🍁A Sunday that restores the soul 🌿

🍂🍁This morning started with yoga a little time to ground myself, breathe deeply and move with intention. Afterwards, a long autumn walk with my family, the Clinic therapy Dogs loved it and we were surrounded by the most stunning colours, ending perfectly with hot chocolate ☕🍂

🌿Days like this remind me exactly why I do what I do.
At , we talk so much about movement, balance and wellbeing but it’s also about connection… with nature, with loved ones, and with ourselves.

🌿Wellbeing isn’t just about treatment, it’s about creating moments that help you feel whole again.

🍁What a lovely weekend it’s been 🍁🍂

🍁With the clocks going back, that extra hour of rest felt like such a gift, a gentle reminder to slow down and enjoy the simple things.

🌿We’ve spent it surrounded by family, friends and our gorgeous therapy dogs, soaking up the autumn sunshine and those little moments that make life feel full.

🍂And to top it off, I was treated to a trip up to London on a date with my best friend ❤️
