This means evenings will be lighter, but we lose one hour during the night, so please check any clocks, watches, ovens and alarms in your home. If you have care visits, appointments or regular medication times, it’s especially important to make sure everything is updated.

We’re here to help you stay on track with your usual routine and support you with any changes to timings or reminders. If you are unsure about the time or need a hand adjusting your clocks, just let your care team know.
