4 very simple words. The 4 words that made my decision to leave Agency Care behind and start Solo all those years ago.

Agency brought strangers to doors, ...at bizarre times with no Consistency...and not one shred of routine for that individual...just continued confusion of who was coming, and on many occasions people lay in bed for hours waiting for help to get up.

Every single door I arrive at, I arrive at the time we've agreed is best for YOU. I bounce through that door & its like catching up with a friend. You know my family..I know yours!
We have the same routine, we both know what works best for YOU. Its dignified & Trusted - the way true Care should be delivered.

And most of all TIME. Each & every individual that requires any form of help or support, just wants that little thing. I dont believe in rushed visits, never have. Its at YOUR pace.

I dont fly through doors and back out within 10 minutes. ( quite often with many, we stand chatting before I put the kettle on!)

Im bringing a world in with me that many have lost touch with...We are simply just friends that meet up. I help you in your day & you bring so much joy to my day...its an incredible partnership! ✨️

🎉Why go out and party to bring in the New Year ...when you can Party in the comfort of your own home, feet up, picky food, a cold drink, and watching movies 🎬! Fabulous afternoon making a New Years Eve "Buffet Tea" with Masterchef ! ( along with a few caramel shortbreads consumed throughout the preparations 😆)

Even after all these years, my first thoughts on Christmas morning are always my Ellerbeck Family & I ring round checking in on everyone!

THANKYOU SO MUCH to all the families that send over Christmas Day selfies 😆 It warms my cockles you lot are having such a fabulous day - especially with the Sherry Trifles!
