Lymphatic drainage can really work wonders for constipation and it’s not all about just letting go of fluid.
There is soooo much more to let go of 💯

“Which lymphatic treatment should I book first?” 💭

Always start with a Lymphatic Drainage & Wellness Session 💆‍♀️ it’s around 1 hour 20 minutes for your first visit.

This first session is where we chat, assess, and really get to know your lymphatic system.

I’ll ask a few (sometimes random 😄) questions to help build a full picture of what’s going on in your body.

It’s not a quick jump -on, ju.mp -off-the-bed treatment — the mind, body, and lymph are all connected💯

I like to say I’m your personal trainer for your lymphatic system 💪

I’ll get things moving, give you some health homework, your wellness plan to get the best out of your treatment ...

Then You can book the Standard Lymphatic Drainage Treatment for your follow-up sessions — that’s where we keep your flow (and results!) going strong 💦

Just a wee update on my clinic hours!👀👀👀

After working pretty much every Saturday my whole career in the beauty & wellness world 😅

I’ve decided it’s finally time to slow down a bit and keep a few weekends for myself.

I’ll be cutting back on Saturdays from now on But still here if someone really needs a bit of lymphatic love ❤️

I do work some times the 3 late nights 🌙

But im trying to find a better balance and some extra time to spend time with my daughters, grandson, horses, dogs & mabye my husband if he is lucky 🤣

Thanks so much for understanding and for always supporting me it means means alot ❤️
