Flow ✨Sound Immersion✨
15th March | 3:00–4:30pm

I’m really excited to be offering this deeply immersive experience in the studio.

This session combines Yoga Nidra and a live sound bath, experienced through headphones, allowing you to completely withdraw from the outside world and drop into a deeply restful state.

We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice often described as yogic sleep. It’s a powerful way of allowing the body to rest while the mind gently unwinds. In this state, the nervous system begins to regulate, brainwaves slow down, and the body can begin to repair and restore.

From there, you’ll be guided into a fully immersive sound bath. Wearing headphones, you’ll be able to experience the sound in a much deeper and more intimate way as I play live instruments including crystal singing bowls aligned with the seven chakras, handpan, Koshi chimes, drum and shakers.

The headphones create a uniquely personal experience within the group, helping you to go deeper into the practice and allowing the vibrations and sound to be felt more clearly throughout the body.

Benefits of this experience can include:
• Deep nervous system regulation
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep
• Emotional release
• Greater mental clarity
• A profound sense of relaxation and inner calm

You’ll be fully supported with blankets, pillows and eye pillows, so all you need to do is lie down, put the headphones on, and allow yourself to be held by the practice.

This is a bespoke experience, intentionally created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and dive deeply into your own healing and relaxation.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply looking deep rest, this session is for you.

✨THE FLOW METHOD™✨It’s now Officially LAUNCHED!

There comes a point where pushing through stops working. Where burnout, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or feeling disconnected becomes the norm.

The Flow Method was created for that moment.

Not to add more pressure, but to help you return to yourself.

✨ What is it?

A trauma-aware, nervous system supportive approach combining:

• gentle movement
• breathwork
• stillness & meditation
• sound healing
• guided reflection

to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for healing and clarity. Because real change happens when the body feels safe.

✨ Why I created it

After years working in mental health, and through my own healing journey, I saw how many people were surviving rather than living.

This method blends professional insight with lived experience to support deep, lasting change.

✨ Who it’s for

This is for you if you feel:

• overwhelmed or burnt out
• anxious, stressed or emotionally exhausted
• disconnected from yourself

I started this goal 11 years ago at 28.

HNC in Social Care.
University.
Qualified Social Worker.
Years later I went back and completed my Masters in Mental Health.

I reached the place I once dreamed of.

And now… I’m leaving.

Because growth sometimes means outgrowing the life you once prayed for. Because you realise that you left school with nothing. No qualification, low attendance, no real aim and you completely proved to yourself that if you want something so much, you’ll achieve it.

At this point in my life, at 39 (almost) I know anything is possible and I know the work I’m doing is helping so may amazing people find themselves, feel better from within and created a safe community for people and I have found my path along the way.

It’s scary as hell.

I might need reminded I can do this.

But it’s never too late to change direction.

Aaahhhh I have been so so excited to announce ANOTHER amazingly beautiful teacher inside and out who is joining the Flow team. Meet Erin 🥹❤️

‘I’m a yoga teacher and Artist with over 15 years’ experience in nursing. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga from an embodied perspective, offering classes that range from slow and nourishing to more dynamic. I’m always guided by the energy in the room and will encourage you to listen to what you need in the moment.

My teaching weaves together movement, breathwork and myofascial release with a focus on nervous system support and embodied connection. My work as an artist naturally shapes my classes, from thoughtful sequencing to the atmosphere we co create together.

Erin will be teaching the Friday 4-5pm Release & Flow and the 5:15-6pm Friday Reset Class from 27th February.

Welcoming Anna to The Flow Sound Team

There is something powerful that happens when we allow ourselves to fully slow down.

I’m so excited to introduce Anna as she joins our Flow Sound Team, bringing her calm, grounded energy into this deeply restorative evening of sound.

Flow Into Stillness is not just a sound bath.
It is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a softer rhythm.

Through crystal singing bowls, soothing instruments and guided meditation, the body begins to soften. The breath slows. The nervous system shifts from fight or flight into rest and digest.

As the tones and vibrations move through the body, your brainwaves naturally begin to slow.
From busy beta waves (alert, thinking, doing)
Into alpha and theta waves (relaxed, creative, meditative).

This is where deep healing, clarity and restoration can happen.

✨ Benefits of a sound bath may include:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep
• Emotional release
• Nervous system regulation
• Deep rest without “trying” to meditate
• A feeling of being held, supported and grounded

✨ Meet our newest Yin teacher, Steph ✨
Hey, my name is Steph! My mat has been my safe space for 6 years. I have experienced many physical & mental health benefits of yoga. After regaining my lost practice through a knee injury I took the leap & began my 200 hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga for personal growth aspirations & recovery. On the first day, I realised this was something I wanted to share. The numerous lessons that I had discovered on & off the mat. I love learning & have completed my 50 hour Yin Yoga Training, 25 hour Myofasical Release Yoga training, CPD hours in Hands on assists with Prana Yoga Studio & 3 day CPD in Yoga for Common injuries with MerchantCityYoga & most recently Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher training with Alice Gray. I live by my journey into the 8 limbs of yoga, not focusing on the asanas alone. Embracing Yogas roots & teachings is really important to me, yoga isn’t a work out it’s a work in. My practices all encourage to listen to the wisdom of our bodies throughout the practice & the asana. I’m really intrigued by somatic work & encouraging movement in an embodied way.

I have a 16 year background in nursing & a keen interest in the deep layers of self care & safety as you practice. This is in part where my love of a prop stems from & DO get me started on fasica!

I am a fur mother of 2 rescue Greyhounds, Kodalune and Kaia (the yin and yang hounds) & a flock of 4 chickens! A book lover & tree hugger. My happy place is the forest & favourite book is Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. My favourite yoga pose is Wild thing as it doesn’t matter where my energy levels are, when i take a breath in this asana, i feel my entire body & mind relax. I look forward to connecting with a new community.
