✨ WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CLASS PASS OVER CHRISTMAS? ✨

With a reduced timetable over the festive period, I know many of you are wondering what happens to your passes…so here’s everything you need to know:

🎄 All active class passes will be extended by 2 weeks to make sure you don’t lose any credits during the Christmas break.
You’ll still get the full value of your pass, even if there are fewer classes running.

🧘‍♀️ Your credits stay safe
Nothing expires and you won’t miss out on the classes you’ve paid for.

💛 Use them when the timetable returns to normal
Once we’re back to our full schedule, you can pick up your practice again with no stress and no rush.

✨ A wee note from me
I’ll do my very best to check everyone’s passes and manually extend them where needed but please forgive me if I accidentally miss anything. Just give me a gentle nudge on Instagram and I’ll sort it straight away.

I’ll be sharing the full details of classes during our festive break in the next couple of days so you know exactly what’s running and when.

Two years ago today I signed the lease and my dad and I started ripping the old pharmacy apart.
Then came all the designing, planning, late nights… Mark and his pals doing the heavy stuff, his family painting till 1am... a pure passion project.

Half the ideas were Mark’s 😂…underfloor heating... You can thank him for that one.

But it’s more than bricks and mortar. It’s community. It’s friendships. It’s support.

So here’s to everyone who comes here week in, week out… always showing up for you. And to our wonderful teachers and friends…helping in any way they can… maybe just offering that quiet “you’ve got this.”

Our new weekly timetable has a few wee updates you won’t want to miss.

First up, the wonderful Jen returns on Wednesday the 29th of October with her much loved Warm Yin… wahhh just in time for cosy season. Picture this…candlelight flickering, heaters on, underfloor heating lightly warming your body and Jen’s soothing voice guiding you into deep release. It’s the perfect midweek escape to melt away tension, to calm your mind and leave you floating home to a restful nights sleep.

And….From Saturday the 1st of November, Lauren brings her signature Sculpt Pilates class to The Studios now at weekends, replacing her Wednesday morning class. This session is all about building strength and feeling that incredible full body glow. Expect a mindful burn that leaves you feeling energised, confident, and ready to take on the weekend.

Two lovely new reasons to roll out your mat and make some time just for you and we can’t wait to see you there ✨
