Our Festive Class Schedule is here… wahhh I can’t believe we are here again!!

Whether you’re craving a gentle wind down, a cosy candlelit class or maybe a little post-Christmas movement to feel good in your body and mind…there’s space for you.

Come as you are. Pyjamas welcome. Nervous systems…prioritised!!

All classes are live on Momo Yoga…Limited spaces available.

What’s on at The Studio Wellness as we gently close out the year… ✨

These sessions are part of how we hold space at the studio…slow, supportive, and nervous system friendly.

No pressure. No hustle. Just a warm, welcoming place to rest, move, and reconnect 🤍

✨ WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR CLASS PASS OVER CHRISTMAS? ✨

With a reduced timetable over the festive period, I know many of you are wondering what happens to your passes…so here’s everything you need to know:

🎄 All active class passes will be extended by 2 weeks to make sure you don’t lose any credits during the Christmas break.
You’ll still get the full value of your pass, even if there are fewer classes running.

🧘‍♀️ Your credits stay safe
Nothing expires and you won’t miss out on the classes you’ve paid for.

💛 Use them when the timetable returns to normal
Once we’re back to our full schedule, you can pick up your practice again with no stress and no rush.

✨ A wee note from me
I’ll do my very best to check everyone’s passes and manually extend them where needed but please forgive me if I accidentally miss anything. Just give me a gentle nudge on Instagram and I’ll sort it straight away.
