Are you looking for a lovely wee space to host your classes, treatments or events?

I have some availability at The Studio Wellness for the right fit and I’d love to welcome like minded teachers, therapists and facilitators into the space.

The studio could be used for:

Yoga
Pilates
Sound baths
Meditation
Breathwork
Massage
Floor massage
Reiki
Reflexology
Holistic therapies
Women’s circles
Baby massage
Pre and postnatal sessions
1:1 wellbeing appointments
Workshops
Wellness events

It’s a cosy, calm and fully equipped space that’s ready to use, so you can come in and focus on your clients without having to bring everything with you.

The space includes:

Mats
Cushions and bolsters
Eye masks
Blankets
Blocks, bricks and straps
Pilates weights
Pilates balls
Hot yoga heaters
Underfloor heating
Soft lighting
Incense supplied
Herbal teas
Small kitchen area
Bathroom facilities

It’s a really warm, welcoming wee space and perfect for anyone wanting somewhere that feels peaceful, cosy and cared for.

Rent is flexible too.

For events, workshops and one off hires, the studio is available at an hourly rate.

For regular classes, we work on a profit basis…which means once the studio rent is covered, anything extra made from your bookings is yours to keep.

January has never felt like my new year…

I’ve always felt more connected to the quieter rhythm of the seasons. Not the pressure to suddenly become more, do more, be more.

I never want this space to feel like it’s selling something. Because that’s not why it exists.

It exists because movement helps. Because rest matters. Because connection changes everything.

And while I’ve been quieter online, the studio itself has been full. Full of breath, warmth, laughter, and people showing up exactly as they are.

And that’s all I’ve ever wanted it to be.

Thank you for being part of our wee space.

It means more than you will ever know.

A reintroduction to our OG, Vary… you will find Vary at The Studio on Tuesday @ 6:30pm and Wednesday @ 6:00pm…

I found yoga at a time when I felt a little lost and broken. What began as a way to heal slowly became a way to rediscover strength, purpose, and life within myself. That journey is the heart of my brand — FLY Yoga: Finding Life Within You.

What started as simply wanting to share what helped me has grown into something far more meaningful. I’m blessed to practice alongside an incredible group of yogis who are more than students — we are friends. We laugh, we cry, we hold space for one another. We know nothing and everything at the same time, and somehow that shared vulnerability makes us feel safe. And that, to me, is magic.

My classes are a fiery flow with a soulful finish. Expect strength-building movement that challenges you, encourages you, and reminds you of your power — followed by a grounding, spiritual ending where breath softens, energy settles, and words guide you inward. Language means a lot to me, and I love weaving thoughtful reflections into meditation to help you reconnect with yourself.

In my space, you don’t need to arrive perfect — you just need to arrive.

FLY isn’t about flying away. It’s about finding the life that’s already within you

Favourite yoga pose- tree. Reminds us that wobbles come from rooted people too. And it’s the one people see progress in the quickest.

One thing people might not know about me- my tattoo on my right foot is on Fearne cottons Instagram (one of my idols in life and a yogi herself) it’s of a butterfly and is called ‘gentle does it’ again ties in with my brand FLY

My favourite season- autumn, a time of layers, wholesome smells and vibrant colours

My favourite way to move my body outside of the studio…I have a happy dance, anytime I’m grumpy, feeling meh I dance and shake my bum and it makes me laugh

What I love most about the studio wellness community is the growth of it. People have became friends , or come to class early to seek that refuge from life. And they trust that room is filled with what they need.

Whether you’re craving a gentle wind down, a cosy candlelit class or maybe a little post-Christmas movement to feel good in your body and mind…there’s space for you.
