Join us on Sunday 1st February 2026, from 10am – 3pm, at Sacred Life, 92B High Street, Bidford on Avon, for a nurturing workshop where stillness, self-connection, and gentle renewal meet.
Led by Kathryn, a qualified Counsellor, Coach, Hypnotherapist and Spiritual teacher - this immersive workshop offers space to breathe, reflect, and realign. Through calming practices, soulful exploration, and heartfelt guidance, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner wisdom — leaving grounded, lighter, and more in tune with your true self.
