Single leg hip thrust — simple, but most people do it wrong.

This isn’t just a “glute exercise”…
It’s about restoring pelvic control, force transfer, and stability through the fascia system.

If your pelvis can’t control load on one side:
→ your lower back compensates
→ your hips tighten
→ your movement becomes inefficient

That’s where pain, instability, and even performance plateaus start.

Most IBS advice focuses on food.

But food is often the exacerbator — not always the root cause.

For digestion to work properly the gut needs healthy motility, meaning the organs must be able to move, slide and adaptinside the abdominal cavity.

The digestive organs sit inside a fascial container that has to move freely as digestion happens.

When that fascia becomes tight or restricted from injury, surgery, posture, or long-term compensation, it can alter pressure inside the abdomen and affect gut motility.

This can contribute to:

• Bloating
• Cramping
• Slow or irregular digestion
• Abdominal discomfort

Play paddle? Elbow, shoulder or arm pain — but others seem fine?
