Meet the team

Jo Condron

Jo is an experienced physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience working in community settings. She specialises in elderly rehabilitation and falls prevention, supporting older adults to regain strength, balance and confidence.

As a qualified Postural Stability Instructor, Jo delivers structured, evidence-based exercise programmes designed to reduce the risk of falls and help individuals maintain independence in their daily lives.

Jo is passionate about working collaboratively with her patients, helping them set meaningful goals and supporting them throughout their rehabilitation journey to improve mobility, confidence and overall quality of life.
