Iāve been a coach for almost nine years now, and coaching people is genuinely my passion.
Iām often asked if Iād ever step away from the gym floor and go fully online. Itās crossed my mind but the truth is⦠I love being an in-person coach.
My clients are busy people. Business men and women, mums, people juggling work, family and life, all of them needing a reason to show up and put themselves first.
Being an in-person trainer allows me to support people who need help in the gym. Someone to teach them, guide them, keep them accountable, and sometimes push them outside their comfort zone when they wouldnāt do it alone.
That 1-to-1 interaction, watching confidence grow, strength build, habits change, thatās the part of coaching I genuinely love every single day. Oh and having a laugh as well.
Not everyone needs or wants in-person support, and thatās where online coaching fits perfectly. It offers flexibility, structure and guidance for people who need coaching to fit around their lives.
Being able to offer both means I can meet people where they are and I feel incredibly lucky to do the work I do with the clients I work with.
