Are you starting out on a fat loss journey?

Here’s what I would do to start off and know that I’m on the right track.

Top supplements, I would take to aid your health.

Vitamin D- Many people are deficient (especially if you live in the UK) It helps support immune health, mood, and metabolism.

Vitamin C- Helps with the immune system fighting off the lurgies.

Omega 3 - Supports inflammation control, heart health, and brain function. Helpful if you don’t eat fatty fish often.

Magnesium- Helps with sleep, recovery, muscle relaxation, and energy production.

Creatine (the goat)- One of the most researched supplements. Supports strength and performance in and out of the gym. It’s also helpful for fat loss phases because it preserves muscle.

Hydration powder- Great for when training if you sweat a lot, performance and also if you get cramp.

Protein powder- Not a necessity, but useful to meet protein goals easily if you can’t get it in from foods. Important for fat loss and muscle retention.

What matters more than supplements:
- Consistent calorie balance
- High protein intake
- 2-4L of water
- Quality sleep
- Stress management
- Resistance training
- Daily movement
