Simple resets after you’ve had a bloody good time over Christmas.

Eating away from your normal food will probably make you feel bloated. How do we deal with feeling like this is


Drink more water- as soon as you wake up, throughout the day and before every meal

Move more- aim for more steps than normal especially after a meal

More protein filled meals- keep you less hungry and avoid eating the left over chocolates that you still have 😂

Super easy ways to stop you feeling meh in your body.

Once you start to show up properly this is where everything changes for the better.

Yes, you will have s**t days and that’s ok to show up 50%.

But when you constantly show up 50% of the time, this is where the issue lies.
