A welcoming, supportive local space in Wilmslow designed to help you stay active, connected and informed. Classes are led by specially trained PD Warrior therapists, dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's stay strong and independent. 2 classes per week- one seated and one standing.

Massive thank you to everyone who attended the respite and rehab launch night at the beautiful Care UK Long Stone Manor Care Home last night. Such a fabulous networking event promoting our new package. Offering exceptional care isn't a new concept for Care UK and offering outstanding physiotherapy service to patients isn't new to us either but we believe offering both of these things together in one package to make discharge from hospital simpler is a new and very exciting concept. We are delighted to be leading the project and excited for what's to come. Here are a few photos from last night.

So excited to finally be able to share some exciting news. Last night was the launch of our private rehab and rehabilitation package at the beautiful Care UK Long Stone Manor Care Home. Driven out of passion to deliver what people are asking us for, we can now offer respite stay inclusive of daily physio. In addition to the wonderful facilities offered at Long Stone Manor including stunning accommodation and grounds, all care needs, specialist nutritional support from their in house chefs, life style activities program, laundry, wifi, in house cinema, salon and so much more this will be complimented by a full Physio package including assessment, 5 physio sessions each week, advice on walking aids, stairs and car transfer practise as appropriate, home visits and advice on making home safe and suitable for discharge, attendance at our onsite class and free attendance to the closest community exercise class for the following 6 months on discharge. One price, one point of contact. Hospital discharge made easy.

Delighted to wish the lovely Avril a very happy birthday from all of us at Physiofit. When asked what her secret to such a long life was she shared that she was a keen walker and along with a great war time diet this contributed to a very healthy lifestyle. Avril continues to enjoy weekly exercise in her Physio session with us and firmly believes that exercise is the key! Hope you had a lovely day. It’s a pleasure working with you ♥️
