With a background in NHS orthopaedics and MSK sport, I support women’s health, post-partum return to fitness, and getting back to sport after injury.

As a rider, runner, and former rower, I understand the highs and setbacks of rehab — and I’m passionate about rebuilding not just strength, but trust in your body too.

Leah is now running our new Saturday clinic at Physiofit🤌

📢 New Physiofit Ltd Parkinson's Hub launching in Wilmslow at Long Stone Manor Care Home

A welcoming, supportive local space in Wilmslow designed to help you stay active, connected and informed. Classes are led by specially trained PD Warrior therapists, dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's stay strong and independent. 2 classes per week- one seated and one standing.

Massive thank you to everyone who attended the respite and rehab launch night at the beautiful Care UK Long Stone Manor Care Home last night. Such a fabulous networking event promoting our new package. Offering exceptional care isn't a new concept for Care UK and offering outstanding physiotherapy service to patients isn't new to us either but we believe offering both of these things together in one package to make discharge from hospital simpler is a new and very exciting concept.
