FIRST AID FRIDAY NEXT COURSE 25TH APRIL 2026

We have some new dates available for our Emergency First Aid at Work courses in 2026.

Do you need to update your qualification? Do you have new staff members that need EFAW?

We run both full day and split (morning and evening) courses throughout 2026. Our courses are subsidised by The National Lottery Community Fund making our courses just £95 per person.

We are running a 'Let's Be Smokefree' project here at RHL.

If the answer is yes, and you are thinking of giving up, why not log in to one of our 'Drop In' sessions online. It's a short 15 minute presentation on how we can help you give up. You will get lots of information and even aids to help you quit smoking for good!
