FIRST AID FRIDAY

We have some new dates available for our Emergency First Aid at Work courses in 2026.
Our course dates are:
Saturday 25th April 09:30 - 16:30
Monday 6th & 13th July 2026 18:00 - 21:00 (split evening course)
Monday 23rd & 30th November 2026 09:30 - 13:00 (split day course)

Do you need to update your qualification? Do you have new staff members that need EFAW?

We run both full day and split (morning and evening) courses throughout 2026. Our courses are subsidised by The National Lottery Community Fund making our courses just £95 per person.

Come along to one of our fun and friendly workout sessions at Princes Hall, Aldershot, supported by Rushmoor Borough Council

These sessions are low impact classes in the style of a circuit and are ideal for improving your general health and fitness.

Health circuits are particularly suitable for those with pulmonary, cardiac or other long term health conditions.
