RECRUITING! 🤭

I have a few spare spaces now available at our weekly chair yoga sessions. Wednesdays 11-12 noon at Homebell House, Northgate, Aldridge, WS98QB

I teach and guide Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga

Lakshmi created this style of yoga back in the early 80’s for a friend of hers that was struggling to get down on her mat due to symptoms of arthritis.

The practice has a firm base in Hatha Yoga tradition but also draws from other Eastern and some Western practices, combining these together to help you “Get fit where you sit!”

​This method uniquely guides you through postures that suit your level of flexibility. Teaching and guiding therapeutic breathing techniques and a guided meditation.
