Reformer Pilates is one of the most efficient workouts for runners and cyclists who want to improve speed, power, technique, and overall performance, while helping to prevent injury at the same time.
By isolating specific muscle groups, runners and cyclists can release muscles that are often overworked, while reactivating those that tend to be underused. This balance is vital for improving efficiency, supporting posture and alignment, and ensuring movement that feels strong, fluid, and pain free.

Join us In this workshop, Natalie will guide you through focused Reformer exercises designed to strengthen the key muscle groups used in both running and cycling, including the glutes, hamstrings, hips, core, and stabilising muscles. You’ll then move into a sequence of dynamic stretches to release areas that commonly become tight and overloaded through repetitive movement patterns.
This workshop is suitable for runners and cyclists of all abilities and fitness levels. All exercises can be modified and adapted to suit every body, making it the perfect complement to your training,whether you’re chasing performance goals or simply looking to move more comfortably.
