How to do breathwork in nature! Connect with your inner self and increase its effectiveness.
- Breath in deep, start it low, fill yourself up and then let it go.
- Lie down in a safe place and repeat for 30 breaths.
- Let go of your last breath and stop breathing until your body tells you you need to breath again.
- Don’t fight it, listen to it.
- Breath in and hold the air in your lungs for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for 3-4 rounds.
Congratulations! You have just done or a scientifically proven breathing technique to improve your immune system, mental health, energy and so much more.
