Meet Kerry our funeral services operative.

Kerry joined our team last year and brings with her six years of experience within the funeral industry. She carries out her role with genuine care and compassion, looking after those entrusted to us and carefully preparing them for their final journey with the utmost dignity and respect.

Kerry takes great pride in ensuring our funeral home is always maintained to the highest standards, creating a calm and welcoming environment for the families we are privileged to support.

Outside of work, Kerry loves spending precious time at her caravan with her grandson, enjoying long walks, tackling puzzle games, and, most importantly, making special memories with her family.

Known for her meticulous eye for detail and impressive organisation skills, Rosie takes great pride in caring for every family she supports with compassion and respect

When not at work, Rosie can be found on the netball court, catching up with friends and family, enjoying comedy nights and pub quizzes, and maintaining a strong commitment to perfect eyebrows and flawless nails — proof that attention to detail doesn’t stop at work.

Meet Yvonne, one of our Funeral Arrangers.

Yvonne joined us in 2024, bringing with her an incredible 21 years of experience working in the NHS. A true people person, she’s passionate about supporting others and helping families feel cared for during difficult times.

Outside of work, Yvonne keeps busy as a parish councillor and enjoys crochet, knitting, gardening, reading, and a good crossword — a mix of creativity, calm, and curiosity that shines through in everything she does.

We’re very lucky to have Yvonne as part of our team 🤍

Meet Doug, our Funeral Director.
Joining our team around a year ago, he brings with him more than 20 years of experience as a Funeral Director, having worked mainly across South Wales. Alongside his funeral profession, Doug has worked bi-vocationally as a healthcare chaplain, giving him a deep and compassionate understanding of supporting people at their most vulnerable.

With vast experience in caring for the bereaved, Doug is passionate about delivering the highest quality service, ensuring every family feels supported, heard, and cared for during times of grief.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys fell walking, playing the guitar, reading, and listening to classical music. He’s also a die-hard fair-weather motorcyclist—emphasis very much on fair weather.
