What a beautiful Woman’s Wellbeing Day yesterday🍂🍄🍁

Connection back to nature in a gentle and somatic way was enjoyed by all.

Being a woman means walking Mother Earth in our own way, just has we are…no explanations, no comparisons… no apologies…accepting our feminine qualities - kindness, sensitivity, strength, creativity, and nurturing nature.

Owning our powerful transformative qualities and our deep desire to connect back to our own bodies and souls.

The only way to create the change we need to see in the world is with one woman at a time…restoring self respect and self love then sharing it with every woman we meet, straightening her crown for her and holding hands in circles of community, accepting that the patriarchal system has caused us to turn on each other on a cellular level and has been passed down through generations of trauma…but we can make the shift. We can connect back to our Divine Energy and own our power once again.

These healing and soul soothing Woman’s Wellbeing Days allow us to slow down, to turn inwards and to fill our own cup up while holding space for our beautiful sisters in connection and respect.

We slowed down enough to truly listen to our bodies and connect to Mother Nature, seeing with our senses and not just looking with our eyes!

We shared a heart warming lunch and bought the Autumnal experience in to the whole day, the sisterhood, Mother Nature, the sounds, the atmosphere of the calming Coach House, the warmth and the soothing meditations allowed us to truly relax and feel renewed.🍄🪵🍂🍁
