If you know me, you know I don't cry easily..... But when I get feedback from a client, that has put in so much work to give them a new lease of life, I can't help but get a tear in my eye.

KS had a panic attack on the first phone call we had, and I used grounding techniques to talk them down, a simple technique that they used on themself a few days later, with great effect.

When I saw KS in the first session they reported that the panic attack was the last they had and was amazed how they got themself back in control. Although I never asked again, as I don't rehash the past, KS told me in their last session that they hadn't had a panic attack since!

KS also informed me that the GP had agreed to halve their anti-anxiety medication, with a plan to come off them completely.

The worst thing about my job is not seeing these wonderful clients again, it has been an absolute pleasure, and KS knows I'm here if they need.
