🌟 We’re Hiring: Support Worker – 14.5 Hours | Alfreton 🌟
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Alfreton.
🕒 Hours: 14.5 hours per week
📍 Location: Alfreton Genesis Centre, Aera Support
💷 Pay: Competitive, above minimum wage
📅 Shifts: Monday to Friday (over three days) 08.45 - 15.30
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives. This could involve:
✅ Personal care and medication support
✅ Daily living skills – cooking, cleaning, shopping
✅ Promoting independence, choice and dignity
✅ Supporting with person centred activity planning
What we’re looking for:
✔️ A kind, patient and positive attitude
✔️ Great communication and team-working skills
✔️ A willingness to learn and grow in your role
✔️ Experience is welcome – but not essential! Full training provided
