‼Patient Notice - Triage Closed‼

The practice is currently experiencing unmanageable demand for urgent care. Due to clinical staff shortage and taking account of our practice team’s safety, and the availability of other options for patient care, we are not able to book in any more on the day
appointment patients today and our triage is closed.

We are still open for routine inquiries.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, which is beyond our control.
We are following the BMA safe working guidance.

If you have an urgent medical problem that you believe cannot wait, then you should seek help from other NHS agencies including NHS24 on 111 after 6pm or through accident and emergency if you feel needs assessment sooner

Join this informative and supportive session designed for unpaid carers of someone affected by drug or alcohol use; whether currently or in the past. Those interested in learning more as a preventative approach are also welcome to join.

Our guest speakers from Transform Forth Valley will cover:
▪️Understanding what addiction is
▪️Identifying and talking about paraphernalia
▪️How addiction really impacts the lives of individuals and families
▪️Naloxone awareness

We will also discuss how to best support someone experiencing addiction, what services and supports are available locally (both within adult and children’s services) across Forth Valley.

📢 Practice Closure Notice

The Practice will be closed from 1:00pm on Wednesday 11th March for staff training. We will reopen at 8:30am on Thursday 12th March.

If you need medical attention during this time:

☎️ 1:00pm – 6:00pm: Please call 01324 566610
📞 After 6:00pm: Please call 111 as normal. The GP Out of Hours Service will assess you.

You may also wish to consider other services that may be better suited to your needs such as pharmacies, opticians, or dentists.
