Congratulations to Alex McClelland who has received our carer of the month for November. Alex has been providing care to our Stirling clients for nearly a decade.

The successful candidates will join our friendly team and provide high level of care and support to our client in Clackmannanshire.

Disability Support Worker - Essential for this role:

Support Workers will be required to support with personal care, meal preparation, daily living tasks, household and budget management along with a variety of other tasks such as support to access the community or attend appointments.

You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support with a caring and professional approach.

Essential for this position:

The ability to maintain high standards of care and support in service users’ homes.

The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is essential.

Experience in supporting people with Autism

Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training

Willing to join the PVG scheme

Willing to register with the SSSC within 3 months of employment commencing

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to undertake Membership of the PVG scheme. We will support you to do this.
