We offer

Training & induction programme
Fast-tracked job offer scheme *Conditions apply
£12.90 per hour, paid mileage , paid annual leave and pension contributions, uniform

The successful candidates will join our friendly team and provide high level of care and support to our clients in Dollar.

Support Workers will be required to support people living at home with personal care, meal preparation, daily living tasks and a variety of other tasks such as support to access the community or attend appointments.

You should be able to engage fully with the people receiving support with a caring and professional approach.

Essential for this position:

The ability to maintain high standards of care and support in service users’ homes.

The desire and commitment to support others and to deliver the highest level of care is essential.

Willingness to undertake induction and ongoing training

Willing to join the PVG scheme

Willing to register with the SSSC within 3 months of employment commencing

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to undertake Membership of the PVG scheme. We will support you to do this.

💗 Inclusive Interactions Group💗We all had a great time at Hollywood Bowl in Stirling yesterday, where we were VIPs for the day. This was our first outing as a group, we bowled, we laughed, we danced .....with Kyle picking up the trophy at the end of the day, well done Kyle 🎉🏆 and to everyone else who came and participated. This month, we’re celebrating someone very special — Lesley, who has been part of our team for almost 13 years.

Lesley is the kind of carer who doesn’t look for praise or attention. She moves through her day with calm, kindness, and a quiet dedication that never wavers. She consistently goes above and beyond, not for recognition, but because caring is simply who she is.

Her clients adore her gentle approach, her reliability, and the reassurance she brings into every home she enters. Her colleagues know her as the steady, thoughtful presence who always puts others first.
