Our residents enjoyed a lovely morning of reminiscence, sharing stories and memories that brought smiles and warm conversations 💬💖

Following that, we tuned in to a virtual concert by André Rieu - specially requested by our resident Rita, who shared that it’s her absolute dream to see him live one day! 🎻✨

Our residents had a fantastic time during a lively Dance-Sing exercise session, filled with music, movement and smiles all around 🎶😊

After getting energised, everyone enjoyed some gentle Pilates-inspired stretches to relax and unwind - a perfect balance of fun and mindfulness 💖🧘♀️

Our residents had a wonderful time exploring the scents of the season! From earthy wet soil to warm cinnamon and nutmeg, plus the crisp aroma of autumn leaves and branches – it was a sensory delight. 🍁✨

The fun didn’t stop there! We played a game of “Guess What’s in the Bag”, where residents had to identify mystery items by touch alone – lots of laughter and brilliant guesses all round! 🎉👏

Back by popular demand, Chris White returned to Parklands for another fantastic live performance - and it was just as brilliant as the first! 🎶💃

Residents had a wonderful time singing along to their favourite tunes, clapping to the beat and enjoying the uplifting atmosphere. It’s always a treat when Chris visits! 😊🎤
