- stress, anxiety, depression, low mood?
- chronic pain, fatigue, and other illnesses?

The treatments I offer are not about pampering. Sure, they will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. But they will also provide you with some much needed healing and balancing, especially from conditions such as those I have listed above.

I offer holistic treatments for women, including Reiki/Energy Healing, Holistic Massage, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Holistic/Crystal Facials, Oncology Massage (massage for those living with cancer), Biofield Tuning Sound Therapy, Indian Head Massage and Facial Rejuvenation Massage.

I work holistically so although you may book in or request a specific treatment, if I think you would benefit from something else, or a combined treatment, I will talk to you about this. I have a wealth of knowledge about other lifestyle changes you can consider to help you feel better too.

If you're fed up of feeling meh, not sleeping, taking prescription pills etc then maybe it's time to try a new approach. A single 1 hour treatment can be equivalent to 5-6 hours deep sleep which is a lot of healing for your mind, body and soul! Build up the momentum of that with regular treatments, and lifestyle changes and you could make a big difference naturally.

How is your skin now the weather has got cooler and the central heating is on?

Want to get your skin looking and feeling amazing for those Festive parties and nights out?

Why not book in for my Holistic Facial treatment?

This isn't just a beauty treatment and treat for your skin! Yes, I will work on your skin to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise it. Yes, you will leave with your skin looking and feeling amazing. But more than that - you'll leave feeling refreshed and recharged too.

After a consultation to determine your skin type and needs I will choose the products that will work for you.

I use Eve Taylor of London products which are not tested on animals and are made using high-quality, pure natural essential oils. A lot of the products are vegan too! and they all smell AMAZING!

I'll begin the treatment with some relaxation techniques & breathing to unwind your body and calm your mind. I will then:

❤️ do an eye & lip cleanse
❤️ do a superficial cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté
❤️ do a deep cleanse of the face, neck and décolleté using soft cleansing brushes
❤️ do exfoliation of the face, neck and décolleté
❤️ apply toner to your face, neck and décolleté
❤️ do a relaxing massage of neck, shoulders and face (which feels heavenly 🪽)
❤️ apply a face masque with soft brushes which, after soaking in, will be removed using hot mitts
❤️ apply eye gel, moisturiser and moisturising lip balm

Throughout the treatment I will encourage you to be mindful and relaxed, ensuring your get the most from your treatment.

I will stimulate your senses and help you to stay present and mindful through using a mixture of heat and cold, different aromas, and a variety of touches/techniques.

I will also do Reiki energy healing whilst the face masque soaks in to bring you back into balance.

So this is not a beauty treatment for your face - it's a relaxing and healing treatment for the mind, body and soul.

Hey everyone,

I'm now fully booked for November and my diary is filling up for December. So I thought I'd let you know what availability I have left over the coming weeks, including over the festive period.

I am planning to be open in between Christmas and New Year as I find that time quite boring to be honest - too cold to do anything, I'm all movie'd out by that point, I hate shopping and I end up bored in house eating too much 😝🤣 I'd rather take time off later on.

I normally work Wednesday to Saturday but over the Christmas weeks I will be working Tues/Wed/Saturday (I already have a half-day retreat booking for one of the Tuesdays!).

So if you're going to be off and fancy booking in for a nice treatment and/or to escape the family then get in touch 😝

Here's what I have available until the end of the year:

Fri 12/12 - 12pm
Sat 13/12 - 12pm
Sat 20/12 - 11.30am
Tues 23/12 - 10am, 12.30pm

When we are nervous/anxious, we activate our sympathetic nervous system - our 'fight or flight' response. This is only meant to be a short term response, however, these days our lives are so busy and stressful we are spending too much time in our nervous system.

The breath is an amazing tool to calm the nervous system. If you take slower, deeper breaths the mind tells the body we are safe, and switches us back into our parasympathetic nervous system (our 'rest and digest' system). Think of it logically - if we were faced with real danger we wouldn't be slow, deep breathing. So if we do this the mind and body will react positively.

A quick and easy way to calm your nervous system is square breathing (or box breathing as it has also called):

1️⃣Take a long, slow deep breath in for a count of 4
2️⃣Pause at the top of the inhale for a count of 4
3️⃣Slowly and steadily exhale for a count of 4
4️⃣Pause at the bottom of the exhale for count of 4

Now as you can see, that took only 16 seconds. You were slowing down your breathing which lets your brain/body know it’s safe, and it reduces your stress hormones.

In that 16 seconds you were counting and focussing on your breathing - you weren’t stressing about the past, or the future, you were in the present moment. The present moment is all we ever have as we cannot change the past or control/predict the future. Yet we spend so much time in the past/future and not enough in the here and now.

Practice this every time you start to feel stress or anxious. Maybe even set some time aside every day to do it anyway to help reset your mind and body. Over time you’ll notice a difference. If you can't manage a count of 4 to start off with then try 2 or 3 and build up from there.

A Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) session helps you unwind, rebalance, and breathe easier - from head to toe. So many of my clients leave their session reporting feeling 'lighter' in addition to feeling relief from many physical ailments.

Whether you have a specific issue, like a sore knee or shoulder, or you just feel a bit tight from general day-to-day life (including sleeping position, sitting at a desk or from driving all day etc), you will benefit from this amazing treatment.

Even if you've had a session in the past then don't wait until you're in pain again before coming back - come for maintenance before the pain starts again. Prevention is better than cure! I get this treatment myself every 3-4 months to make sure I stay in balance and alignment.

This is super popular at the moment. I've just finished another one of these today and it was a fabulous experience for my client who needed this!

Whether it's for your birthday, Christmas or you just want an afternoon of well deserved 'me time', you deserve it!

This half-day retreat is blissful 3 hour treat for the mind body and soul which includes:

💖 a short guided relaxation
💖 a relaxing full body massage used warmed oils
💖 a soothing and relaxing Holistic facial treatment (including double cleanse, exfoliation, tone, face massage, masque, hot towels, moisturising) using amazing Eve Taylor of London products which are a delight for the skin and the senses
💖 Scalp massage
💖 Reiki/energy healing

If you prefer to have a different treatment combination that's workable. A few people have opted to have KCR included to ensure they are fully aligned and to deal with knee & hip pain etc.

Reiki infused water will be available to refresh you during and after your treatment.

You'll be floating home afterwards. 💫

The investment is £150 (a 50% deposit is required to book).

Whether you work from home, in the office, or in a hybrid home/office model, do you set yourself boundaries?

Work will always increase to fill up any time you have (Parkinson's Law). If you have 2 weeks to complete a task, it will take you 2 weeks to get it done; if you give yourself 5 days for the same task, you'll manage to finish it in 5 days. Sometimes, giving ourselves too long can lead to procrastination and overthinking.

When you are working from home, you can fall easily into the habit of working more than you would in the office. There's no logging off to catch a train, or beat the traffic or be home by Xpm. It's all so easy to just keep your phone/laptop on and pick up 'just one more email' in the evening. Or 'work through your lunch break' to get through more.

But that can lead to stress, burnout, physical and mental health issues and a lack of separation of work and home life. It is thought that the underlying reason for 90% of medical conditions is stress! So we are literally making ourselves ill.

There will always be another email, another thing on your to-do list, the list is endless.

We're not actually productive when we work longer hours. We get tired and our brains cannot focus properly. So actually it can take us longer to complete tasks.

Setting boundaries is key for your work/life balance and for your health:

🤓 have a start time and finish time. If you are working from home set times like you would if you were in the office and had to catch a specific train/bus!

🤓 have a lunch break - maybe block it out on your calendar so no one can schedule a call/meeting - and actually leave your desk/computer for your break. Go for a walk, go sit in the garden, take your time to eat and enjoy your food.

Get the balance better for you! Look after your health and put yourself at the top of your to-do list! 🥰

This is so me 😂

As a Highly Sensitive Person and also an empath I struggle being in big crowds. Big events, parties, busy shops etc are awful for me. It's too much energy, noise, stimulation etc.

But put me at a concert and it's a different story 🤣 Being in a room with thousands of other fans singing along with the band is a magical experience. It raises your own frequency and uplifts you 🤩💫

Last night, I went to see Volbeat at the Hydro (a Danish rock/metal band if you've never heard of them) and they were amazing. I rocked my socks off and sang my heart out 🤘🎤🎸 It was amazing and my soul feels alive 🥰

My body on the other hand...not so much 😂 I feel like I have a hangover today but it's just dehydration and tiredness (as my head and ears were still buzzing for hours after the gig so I couldn't get to sleep).

Thankfully I'm not working today. I'm getting a massage and Reiki this morning, then spending the afternoon with my oldest daughter and my Grandson 💙 Oh and lots of rehydrating!

I may be feeling rough but it was absolutely worth it and I would do it all again in a flash 🤘🎸

They say do what makes your soul happy and I absolutely did 🙏🏻❤️ I love music 🎶

How many of you have that Monday morning feeling of dread? 😩 I remember in the past how I used to spend Sunday nights with 'the fear' of my weekend being over and having to go to work again the next day. Wishing it was Friday already.

Took me a long time and a lot of work to realise that my mindset made my life much harder than it had to be 🙈

Look on Monday as a chance to start anew - a new morning, a new day, a new week. A chance to set your goals for the week, be grateful for all the good things in your life and to go shine your light bright ⭐️
