Just look at our incredible Caroline, she’s lost over 4stone and is doing so well with her weightloss journey.

I’m Rachael — an award‑winning Slimming World Consultant for over 10 years, and I’m passionate about helping people feel confident, energised, and fully in control of their food choices. My groups are all about real support, real results, and a whole lot of positivity.
