Public Access Defibrilator Fundraising Session.🚨

The Highlander is raising money in association with Paul Nickson, for a public access defib to be permanently on site at the Highlander for all to use in case of an emergency.

As part of the fundraising effort, Paul will be hosting a session at The Highlander, where you can learn how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.

🗓️Wed 29th April 2026 - 6-8pm

Cost is £20.00p/p per session - 100% will go towards the fundraising.

To register, please speak to a member of the Highlander Team who will take your name, contact number and £20.00 registration fee to be donated.

Today I returned to this fantastic hotel and spent the day with the candidates from Delta Hotels by Marriott Durham Royal County & Delta Hotels by Marriott Newcastle Gateshead. 🥳 New Course Delivered 🥳

Today I visited this wonderful school in to deliver the STA Award for Safety Award for Teachers. This qualification is available to anyone who provides safety cover for swimming sessions.

Today I had the pleasure of delivering the STA Award in Paediatric First Aid for the team from Pumpkin Pie Childcare.

This 2 day course was a blended learning course which allowed them to complete the first stage of the course online and then join me for a fun practical day 2!
