💊 Repeat Prescriptions – How to Order

The easiest ways to order your repeat prescription are:

• Via your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• Via your SystmOnline account

These accounts show all your repeat medicines and dosages when they are due, so you can select what you need.

Weight Management Drop-in

Every Thursday in our lower building 8.15-11.15am with our PCN Health and Well being Coach.

NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED (just check in at reception on arrival)

You can pop in on a weekly basis anytime between 8.15-11.15 to get weighed, with help and motivation from our well being coach, and if you wish to have further advice about diet and nutrition this can be discussed

Due to Maternity leave an exciting new job opportunity for a Patient Support Team Receptionist has become available. We are looking for a friendly, flexible and proactive person to come and join us full time (37.5 hours per week).

The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 7.45am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday.

Did you know we offer First Contact Physiotherapy appointments at AMG – with NO GP referral needed?

First Contact Physiotherapists (FCPs) are highly trained physiotherapists, usually based in GP surgeries.

You will be asked to explain your problem and the clinician will aim to provide detailed assessment, leading to diagnosis and an outline of the available options thereafter. If necessary the clinician can request exactly the same investigations as your GP could, and can make exactly the same specialist referrals, and in some cases could deliver interventions such as joint injections.

We’re really keen to improve continuity of care between our clinicians and patients.

We know this can sometimes be quite difficult, particularly as our doctors work across different locations and are often the 'duty' doctor .

However if you can help us by giving the name of the GP or Nurse Practitioner you’ve seen before when you contact the surgery or when completing an eConsult, we’ll do our very best to provide continuity of care where we can.
