Week one of term, and it’s been lovely to welcome so many people onto the mat. Classes are filling nicely, and there’s a mix of complete beginners and those returning to yoga after a break.

If you’re thinking about starting, there are still a few spaces available in:
Amble Beginners (Tuesdays at 6pm)
Beginner friendly Workshop (Jan 24th, 9.30am)

Classes are taught at a steady pace, with clear guidance and plenty of options offered, so everyone can work at a level that suits them, whether you’re new to yoga or have some experience.

✨ Last week the stars were aligned. Celebrating not just another birthday, but also the completion of my Iyengar Yoga level 1! ✨🧘🏻‍♀️
So much love and gratitude to my amazing teacher and mentor, Margaret Austin, queen of North East Iyengar Yoga, for her wisdom and steady support throughout 🙏

It’s been quite some journey of learning on many levels, with ups and downs, and plenty of self-discovery along the way.

I love that at my ripe age, my journey still unfolds, still learning, still growing, always a student first. 💫
