As women, strength training becomes crucial as we get older… 💪🦴
It supports bone health, protects our joints, improves balance and helps us stay independent as we age.
This 8 week programme is designed to help women over 55 build strength and confidence using weights. The focus is strong foundations, improved mobility and balance, and removing the fear of the weight room - so you finish the programme feeling capable and confident.
