👏 Amy has been awarded recognition for Communication. Her communication skills are excellent, and she consistently builds strong, trusting relationships with our clients, families, and team.

At Blooming Good Care LTD, we’ve been exploring ways to show recognition for our amazing staff. Over the past month, Donna, our Registered Manager, came up with a fantastic idea to base this recognition around the 6Cs of care. She even took the time to design special badges and certificates!
Donna and the team worked hard to gather feedback, reviewing documentation, consulting staff, and listening to client experiences. From all of this, we are proud to announce that Safina is the first staff member to receive her recognition certificate and badge for ‘CARE’.
