Unfortunately, we did not have a game this morning due to King George dropping out last minute as they couldn’t field a team.

On another note, we like to say a massive thank you to our kit sponsor John Moore Physiotherapy who has been over to see our manager Mason Friday evening after going down awkwardly in training Thursday night. Although it’s not great news regarding his ACL (again) we can’t thank John enough for making time to see Mason as well as the help and advice he has and continues to provided for him going forward now. Acupuncture can be used for lots of problems. I have used it over the last 20 years mainly for back, neck and shoulder pain. I have also used it for headaches and jaw pain. More recently I have used it to treat hot flushes with great effect together with mindfulness and exercise. Breast cancer
One of my specialties is the treatment of hot flushes, which is one of the side effects of the hormone therapy, following chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery. Acupuncture is an effective treatment to reduce hot flushes as a combination treatment with exercise and mindfulness.
