Using gentle thumb walks down the spine reflex, we release the back muscles and soften the whole body.

Finish with slow circular movements to relax the muscles and soothe the nerve endings — a lovely way to rest and reset.

• Melt away tensions with slow, soothing movement that invites softness and ease.
• Learn a restorative bedtime self-massage ritual using essential oils and a handmade winter scrub
• Sink into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, inviting you to turn inward and slow down
• Close the evening with a warm, heart-opening cup of cacao

A simple way to calm and centre — for yourself or a loved one. 🌿

While showing this little technique I am using essential oils to ground the senses and soothe the body.
Massage gently into the feet, stimulate the solar plexus reflex, pause, breathe in deeply… then press into the solar plexus point to release tension and recentre.

A small ritual for peace and connection — something you can offer at the end of a long day.
