What a week here at Halecroft Grange 💜! We had the fabulous D-Day Dollies in the home and they brought the house to life! 🎤✨

The music, the harmonies, the energy — everything was just perfect. Our residents were singing their hearts out, sharing memories sparked by the songs, and even getting up for a little boogie 💃🕺😍

Laughter filled the lounge, smiles were everywhere, and the atmosphere was absolutely buzzing. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do — creating joyful days and meaningful memories. ❤️

Remembrance Sunday at 💜Halecroft Grange💜

Today, our home fell beautifully still as we gathered to remember. 🌺
We watched the parade with quiet hearts, each moment a gentle reminder of the courage and sacrifice of those who gave everything for the peace we cherish today.

Poppies adorned our home, their crimson petals a symbol of love, loss, and everlasting gratitude. 🇬🇧

Though time moves on, the memory of their bravery forever blooms in our hearts. ❤️

🎃👻 Halloween fun was in full swing today at 💜 Halecroft Grange!

We had treats everywhere you looked — sweets, chocolates, and plenty of goodies for our residents and staff to enjoy 🍫🍬🧁 There were smiles all round and lots of laughter as everyone got into the Halloween spirit. 🧙‍♀️🕸️🧡

🎃✨ It was all pumpkins and laughter at 💜 Halecroft Grange today!

Our residents got creative carving out their pumpkins — some spooky, some sweet, and all absolutely glowing once we popped the lights inside! 💡🎃 The music was on, the atmosphere was buzzing, and there were smiles all around. 🎶😁

And to top it all off, our home manager Suzi and one of our resident’s great grandsons had the very important job of picking a winner 🏆 — and wow, it wasn’t easy with so many amazing pumpkins to choose from!

What a fantastic afternoon full of fun, laughter, and creativity! 🧡👻

🎀 Wear It Pink! 💗

Halecroft Grange 💜 was bursting with colour today as we joined in the fun for Breast Cancer Awareness! Everyone got into the spirit — from our residents to our amazing team — all dressed in shades of pink from head to toe. 💕

We sipped on pink drinks (some with a dash of pink gin 😋), enjoyed delicious pink cupcakes, and filled the home with laughter, smiles, and a whole lot of love.

A huge thank you to everyone for making today so special and showing your support in true Halecroft style! 🌸

What a day we had at 💜Halecroft Grange💜! The lovely students from Hale Prep popped in for our Fixer Uppers event and absolutely smashed it! 🛠️🎨

They got stuck into making and painting bird boxes — and wow, they turned out brilliantly! 🐦💫 There was plenty of laughter, a fair bit of paint flying around, and of course… endless hot chocolates, biscuits and cakes to keep everyone fuelled up ☕🍪🍰

The kids had a blast, our residents loved every minute, and we’re already counting down the days until they’re back again! 💜

💜 A Wonderful Visit from Parkinson's UK North West 💜

What a fantastic afternoon we had yesterday at Halecroft Grange! 🌟

We were delighted to welcome the incredible team from Parkinson’s UK North West, who delivered an inspiring talk all about living well with Parkinson’s. Their visit was full of useful information, friendly advice, and uplifting energy that really resonated with everyone 💬💙

They brought along plenty of booklets and resources for our residents and team — and even surprised us with a special guest, a former ballroom dancer! 💃🕺 He led a wonderful seated dance and exercise session that had everyone smiling, tapping along, and joining in with great enthusiasm 🎶😁

A big heartfelt thank you to David, Emma, and Lewis, and the whole Parkinson’s UK North West team, for taking the time to visit us and share your knowledge and passion. We’re already looking forward to next year’s fundraiser — it’s sure to be another amazing day! 🌼

🌾 Harvest Giving at St Wilfrid’s 🌾

On Friday, some of our lovely residents from 💜 Halecroft Grange 💜 popped over to St Wilfred’s Church in Wythenshawe to drop off all the amazing harvest donations we collected!

We were welcomed with big smiles, lots of chatter, and such a lovely atmosphere. Our residents absolutely loved being part of something that helps others — it was a really special morning. 🥰

A massive thank you to everyone who donated! Every tin, packet and treat will go a long way in supporting those who need it most. 💛

🍂🌾 Harvest Festival at Halecroft Grange 💜 🌾🍂

The golden leaves are falling, the pumpkins are out, and it can only mean one thing – Harvest Festival! 🎃🍁 A season for giving thanks, sharing, and spreading a little warmth.

We’re collecting donations for St Wilfrid’s Church in Wythenshawe, and next Friday some of our lovely residents and team will be delivering everything to the church and spending a bit of time there too. 💜

If you’d like to join in, we’d be so grateful for any donations – whether it’s a tin of soup, a bag of pasta, or a box of cereal. Big or small, every little bit helps local people in need. 🥫🍞🥕

👉 Please drop off any donations by Thursday 9th October so we can include them in our Harvest delivery.

Let’s wrap up in those autumn vibes and come together to make this Harvest one to remember for our community. 🍂✨
