A wonderful weekend with some of the crew from Cheshire Yoga attending a Yoga Asana Anatomy course at with Dr Hermann Traitteur, of The Big Green Book fame. A really instructive, informative and enjoyable weekend to go alongside the two online courses where Hermann shared his vast knowledge in an accessible yet comprehensive way - not an easy feat in the context of anatomy. Thank you. 🙏🏻

And it was so lovely to be among our thriving Iyengar yoga community in Manchester in the wonderful Dukinfield centre - 53 of us to share the weekend with Hermann.

And now we are all ready for the start of term on Monday with our heads full of new ideas and approaches 😂

Using props in Iyengar Yoga - Workshop Saturday 8th November 9.30-11.30 at our Saturday Social Yoga. 2 hours of yoga followed by coffee and a lovely brunch.

Come and have a play - why do we use props, how do they help, when should you be using them, how will they enhance your yoga ….. the list is endless. We are blessed that Mr Iyengar introduced props to our yoga practice and this is your chance to experiment and experience what props can do.

So excited to be featured in Altrincham Today this month. There is a great article about some of the Health and Wellbeing businesses at The Studios in Trafalgar House and we have been featured.
And don't forget we have The Studios Open Day coming up on Saturday 27th September where we all throw open the doors and offer a taste of what's on offer at The Studios. With taster sessions, giveaways and a fabulous raffle, there's plenty of good reasons to come along. And our wonderful on-site coffee shop will also be open all morning.

We are back in Paxos at the wonderful old school house doing yoga. What a view for our first sirsana of the week.

We are so lucky to be here for a week of yoga in the most fabulous of locations, practising yoga and enjoying the wonderful friendships of our yoga community.

Fabulous teaching such a busy Summer class this morning. Thrilled that no-one wants to skip their yoga practice. We always work that little bit harder, with a bit more precision when there is a teacher around. Thanks everyone 🙏🏻.
