Promise Champion of the Month – January💫
We’re proud to celebrate Tracy Reany as our Promise Champion, recognised for living the promise: “To lead by example everyday.”
Tracy consistently leads by example and has recently been seconded into a Scheme Manager position, reflecting her commitment, capability and the trust placed in her to take on increased responsibility. She has progressed from Team Leader through dedication, reliability and a clear commitment to developing her leadership skills.
A key part of Tracy’s role is supporting and developing others. She actively mentors new Team Leaders, sharing her knowledge and practical guidance to help them grow in confidence and competence, while supporting the wider team to maintain consistent high standards.
Tracy was nominated by Leanne Smith and chosen by our founders Amanda Stoneham & Graham Stoneham.
