💛 A gentle question for women who may be struggling 💛

I’m exploring the idea of starting a small, supportive coffee morning / get together for women affected by addiction in relationships, and before I do, I’d really like to know how many of you are out there.

This would be for women who are:

• Currently living with someone who drinks heavily or uses drugs

• Or who have left a relationship like this but are still living with the emotional impact

• Or who are quietly coping and feeling very alone in it

I want to be open, I’ve personally lived this myself.
I know how isolating it can be, and how little support there often is for the partner or family members. I also know how powerful it can be simply to sit with people who truly understand, without having to explain or justify how you feel.

This wouldn’t be therapy.
There would be no pressure to speak.
Just a safe, gentle space to talk, listen, and feel less alone and have a free cuppa tea ☕️

Before setting anything up, I’d really appreciate knowing:
